Its tall headboard is finished with wide vertical channels, each deeply padded and gently rounded to create a soft, structured look. The same channelled detailing is repeated across the footboard, giving both ends of the bed a matching finish. Upholstered in rich mocha velvet, the fabric adds depth to the warm brown tone and gives the bed a soft, inviting appearance.

The sides are kept plain, allowing the channelled headboard and footboard to remain the main focus. The footboard rises around the mattress rather than sitting completely flat, giving the bed a more enclosed and substantial feel. Slim polished chrome feet lift the base slightly from the floor, adding a neat contrast to the soft velvet upholstery. With every visible section upholstered in the same mocha fabric, the Marlowe has a consistent finish from the headboard through to the base.

Beneath the mattress, the gas-lift ottoman base opens to reveal a large under-bed storage compartment.
