Order Cancellation Policy

Contact IMAANI HOME as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Beds can enter production quickly, particularly when fabric, storage or headboard options have been selected.

Within the First 24 Hours

We will normally cancel an order without a production charge if your request reaches us within 24 hours and production has not started.

Payment-provider or finance-provider processing may take additional time after we submit the cancellation.

After 24 Hours

For made-to-order products, IMAANI HOME may deduct or request a reasonable amount reflecting the work completed and direct costs already incurred.

The usual maximum administration and production charge is:

£90 for a standard bed frame
£120 for an ottoman bed

These amounts will not be treated as automatic penalties. Any charge must be reasonable in the circumstances and will not be applied where consumer law requires a full refund.

Products That May Enter Production Immediately

The following products may enter production shortly after the order is placed:

Headboards measuring 45 inches (114cm) or higher
Split headboards
Ambassador beds
TV beds
Non-standard sizes
Custom dimensions
Selected fabrics or colours
Accessories made to the customer’s specifications

Once production begins, genuinely personalised or made-to-order goods may fall outside the statutory change-of-mind cancellation right.

This does not affect your rights if a product is faulty, incorrectly manufactured or not as described.

After Dispatch or Delivery

If an eligible standard product has already been dispatched or delivered, the Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable collection charges will apply.

Missing a delivery slot does not automatically cancel the order and may result in a £50 redelivery charge.

Email info@imaanihome.co.uk with “Cancellation Request” in the subject line.

Include:

Your full name
Order number
Delivery postcode
Product ordered
Reason for the cancellation request
