5-Year Limited Manufacturer's Warranty

At IMAANI HOME, we take pride in the quality of our handcrafted beds and mattresses.

We provide a five-year limited manufacturer’s warranty on structural components, protecting eligible products against manufacturing defects.

1. Warranty Period & Eligibility

  • Eligible IMAANI bed frames are covered by a five-year limited structural warranty from the original delivery date.

  • The warranty covers qualifying manufacturing defects affecting the structural components of the bed.

  • The warranty applies only to the original purchaser.

  • The warranty is non-transferable.

  • Proof of purchase may be required before a warranty claim can be assessed.

2. Specific Exclusions

The warranty is intended to cover genuine manufacturing faults. It does not apply in the following circumstances:

  • Hygiene and soiling: Products that are stained, soiled or otherwise kept in an unsanitary condition.

  • Mechanical and electrical components: TV-lift mechanisms, motors and integrated electrical components are covered for two years from the original delivery date rather than five years.

  • Accidental damage: Damage occurring after successful delivery, including rips, tears, spillages or damage caused while moving the product from one room or property to another.

  • Misuse or physical abuse: Damage caused by jumping on the bed, standing on the base, applying excessive force or using the product in a manner that exceeds normal domestic use.

  • Commercial use: Products used in hotels, bed and breakfasts, rental properties or other non-domestic environments.

  • Improper mattress handling: Damage caused by bending, folding or rolling a mattress in a way that permanently damages its internal spring system or structural borders.

  • Incorrect assembly: Damage caused by failing to follow the supplied assembly instructions.

  • Insufficient support: Damage caused by using an unsuitable base or failing to provide the correct structural support.

If a qualifying manufacturing fault is confirmed during the applicable warranty period, IMAANI HOME may repair or replace the affected component.

Mattress settlement or dipping of less than 2cm is not covered because it is considered a natural characteristic of upholstery and comfort layers.
