Return & Refund Policy

We understand that you may occasionally wish to return a product. This 28-day returns policy allows eligible products to be returned in the circumstances described below.

If you are unhappy with an eligible product or have changed your mind, contact IMAANI HOME to arrange collection. All returns are subject to the following terms and conditions.

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights concerning goods that are faulty, not as described or unfit for purpose.

Terms and Conditions of Returns

A £150 collection charge applies to the return of a standard bed frame.
A £180 collection charge applies to the return of an ottoman bed.
These collection charges cover the cost charged by the specialist furniture courier.
Assembly charges are non-refundable once the assembly service has been provided or declined on the delivery day.
Where a product is faulty, IMAANI HOME may arrange the appropriate repair, replacement part, replacement product or other remedy, subject to the customer’s statutory rights.
Packaging is not removed as part of the assembly service. Disposing of packaging is the customer’s responsibility.
Products damaged during transit must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. IMAANI HOME will assess the evidence and arrange the appropriate resolution.
An unsuccessful assembly does not automatically make a product eligible for return. Where appropriate, IMAANI HOME may arrange for a specialist team to complete the assembly for £99.99.

Where no other legal return right applies, a product may be returned under this policy where:

IMAANI HOME receives the returned product within 28 days of delivery.
The product is unused and remains in its original packaging.
Any seal, shrink-wrap or product label remains intact.
The product is complete, undamaged and in a condition that allows it to be sold as new.
Accessories, including pouffes and ottoman storage boxes, are subject to a 50% return charge.
Headboards selected at a height of 45 inches or above cannot be returned. Customers must measure their doors, staircases, landings and other access points before ordering.
Ambassador beds and TV beds cannot be returned unless a legal right to return applies.
Opened mattresses cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless they are faulty, not as described or otherwise covered by statutory rights.
IMAANI beds are handmade. Customers must check the full external product dimensions before ordering because an upholstered bed frame will be wider and longer than its corresponding mattress.

How to Return a Product

Contact IMAANI HOME before attempting to return any product. Returns can only be accepted after we have been notified by email or telephone and have confirmed the collection arrangements.

When contacting us, provide:

Your full name
Order number
Delivery postcode
The product you wish to return
The reason for the return
Clear photographs showing the product and packaging

Do not arrange a return through an independent courier. Collection must be completed using the specialist courier arranged by IMAANI HOME.

What Is Excluded?

The following products cannot be returned under this policy unless the customer has an applicable statutory right:

Products altered or made according to the customer’s selected specifications.
Beds ordered with a headboard height of 45 inches or above.
Split headboards and other customised headboard configurations.
Ambassador beds.
TV beds.
Bespoke or customised products.
Opened mattresses, for hygiene reasons.
Products with cosmetic damage caused after delivery.
Products returned without suitable packaging where this results in damage during transportation.
Products that are incomplete, used or no longer in a resaleable condition.

A £150 collection charge applies to an eligible standard bed-frame return where the product is not faulty or damaged.

A £180 collection charge applies to an eligible ottoman-bed return where the product is not faulty or damaged.

Accessories, including pouffes and ottoman storage boxes, are subject to a 50% return charge.

Refunding You

Where a product is properly returned in accordance with this policy, IMAANI HOME will refund the eligible amount through the original payment method.

The refund will exclude the applicable return-collection charge and any non-refundable assembly service.

Where required by law, the original standard delivery charge will also be refunded.

Products must be returned complete, unused, adequately packaged and in a resaleable condition. A reasonable deduction may be made where handling or damage has reduced the product’s value, where permitted by law.

Cancelling an Order

Contact IMAANI HOME as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order.

Where an order is cancelled more than 24 hours after it was placed:

A £90 cancellation charge applies to a standard bed frame.
A £120 cancellation charge applies to an ottoman bed.

Higher headboards, Ambassador beds, split headboards and accessories cannot be cancelled after 24 hours where manufacturing has already begun or the product has been made according to the customer’s specifications.

A missed delivery does not automatically provide grounds for returning an order. The applicable redelivery charge must be paid before another delivery attempt can be arranged.

A delivery arriving outside the estimated time slot or standard 7–10-working-day estimate does not automatically make an order eligible for return where the delay results from circumstances such as traffic, severe weather or vehicle breakdown.

Most IMAANI beds are made to order using the size, fabric, headboard and storage options selected by the customer. Because these products are manufactured for individual orders, cancellation and return rights may differ from those applying to standard, non-customised products.

Nothing in this section removes cancellation, refund or other remedies that the customer is legally entitled to receive.
