60-Night Comfort Trial
Selected standard products displaying the “60-Night Trial” label may be returned under this additional policy, subject to the requirements below.
Products not included
- Any item that does not display the 60-night trial label on its product page.
- Headboards higher than 45 inches (114cm).
- TV beds and Ambassador beds.
- Genuinely bespoke, personalised or non-standard products.
- Mattresses after the original sealed hygiene packaging has been opened.
- Professional assembly, room-of-choice delivery, packaging removal, old-bed disposal and other completed services.
Return collection
A £150 collection fee applies to an eligible comfort-trial return and is deducted from the refund. The collection team does not dismantle furniture. The product must be fully disassembled and ready at the ground floor or front door unless another arrangement is confirmed in writing.
Packaging
Every component must be protected in its original packaging or equivalent heavy-duty material. If packaging was removed at delivery, you are responsible for obtaining suitable replacement packaging. We cannot collect loose or inadequately protected goods.
Condition and photographs
Before a collection is booked, send photographs showing all sides of the disassembled product and the product fully wrapped for transport. Goods must be clean, stain-free, complete and undamaged. We may make a lawful deduction for diminished value caused by handling or damage beyond what is reasonably necessary to assess the item, or refuse a goodwill trial claim that does not meet these conditions.
How to claim
Contact info@imaanihome.co.uk before the 60th night after delivery, quoting your order number and the product. Approval must be obtained before collection. This trial is an additional benefit and does not replace statutory cancellation or faulty-goods rights.
