FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Order directly through the website by choosing your size, fabric, headboard height and base type on the product page. If you want something outside the standard options, a custom width, an extended wall-panel headboard, contact the design team on 07395 923194, on WhatsApp, or at info@imaanihome.co.uk with your measurements and we'll quote for it.

Contact us as soon as possible. Every IMAANI HOME bed is built to your specification in Yorkshire, so once your order goes into production the fabric is cut and the frame is made to your measurements, at that point it can't be changed or resold. If your bed arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, that's different and your rights are unaffected.

Standard delivery is 7–10 working days from order, with fully custom specifications sometimes taking longer. Once your bed is ready, the courier team calls and texts you directly to confirm your slot, 24–48 hours before arrival. You'll need to confirm it to secure the delivery.

Get in touch straight away with your order details and photographs of the issue. Replacement slats, feet, fittings and other components can be ordered at any time, and manufacturing defects are covered by the 5-year structural warranty, including gas struts, drawer runners and buttons, which we don't treat as wear parts.

Yes. Order up to 5 free swatches and check them in your own bedroom before committing. It's worth doing, fabric reads differently under a showroom light than in a north-facing room, and colour is the single most common reason people hesitate. Drape the swatch where the headboard will sit and look at it in both morning and evening light.

Free home delivery is included on all IMAANI HOME orders to designated UK mainland areas, delivered to the ground floor as standard. We don't currently deliver to Ireland, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands, Gwynedd, Dyfed, Shetland or Orkney, and some remote mainland postcodes carry a surcharge. If you want the bed taken to the room you'll actually use it in, Room of Choice delivery is £19, or £99 with White-Glove Assembly. In flats without a suitable lift, delivery is limited to the second floor.
